How many CAM System Monitors do I need for my home?

The CAM System comes with two monitors. You can add more monitors for any extra areas that you would like to monitor. Each monitor can monitor an area of up to 800 sq. ft.

How does ceiling height affect the number of ionizers required to properly clean my environment?

Ceiling height directly impacts how effectively the ions are distributed throughout the space. Here's what you need: 1 ionizer per 10 feet of ceiling height. For example: Ceiling height of 10' or lower needs 1 ionizer. Ceiling height from 11' - 20' needs 2 ionizers. This ensures that the proper amount of ions needed to effectively clean an area are achieved.

What is the purpose of the Ion Meter, and when do I need it?

The Ion Meter measures the ion concentration in the air. We provide this to you to prove that your space is receiving the proper ion levels to effectively clean your environment. You should periodically check to ion meter to verify ion levels within your home.

What happens after I purchase my CAM System?

After purchasing your CAM System, one of our representatives will contact you via phone and email to schedule your install. One of our technicians will come to your location to professionally install the CAM System.

What if I don't see an Ion reading on my Ion meter?

Ions are natural and are within every space. However, the natural ion levels in homes and businesses are very low and are not enough to effectively clean your space. Our ionizer puts out millions of ions and you should see a reading of at least 2,500 ions within your space at all times. The Ionizer is designed to work with you fan on your HVAC system. Check to insure the fan is running on your HVAC system if you do not see at least a reading of 2,500 ions.

What does the CAM System check for in my air?

The Residential CAM System monitors 9 different air quality parameters to include: Ozone, Nitrogen Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide, TVOC's, PM2.5, Air Pressure, Humidity, and Temperature. Not to mention the Air Quality Index, Discomfort Index, and Virus Index.

How often does the CAM System need maintenance?

The CAM System is designed to be low-maintenance. Here's what's recommended: Check your Ion meter as often as needed to insure proper ion levels are being distributed throughout your environment. Air quality monitor and display updates automatically through your subscription. No other maintenance is needed.
